Booking Policy
Private Lessons:
Those booking individual lessons -
To book a lesson, please pay a deposit of the lesson cost to lock in your day and time
Those with packages and subscriptions -
Contact to schedule and lock in your day and time
Group Lessons:
Buy your applicable level package and use those to schedule in your days, or pay drop-in style.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Private Lessons Cancellations by student:
Notified 72 hours or more in advance:
Full refund of deposit, or no penalty on subscription and packages
Notified between 24 and 72 hours in advance:
50% refund of deposit, or Half Hour penalty on subscription and packages
Notified less than 24 hrs in advance:
No refund of deposit, or Half Hour penalty on subscription and packages
No Show or last minute notification
No refund of deposit and must pay the rest of the lesson fee.
or Full Hour penalty on subscription and packages
I will not work with people that do not respect my time. However, I will make exceptions if we have established a relationship. I understand that life happens.
Packages and Subscriptions:
No refunds for packages and subscriptions ordered
Drop ins
No refunds for drop in bookings.
Group Lessons Cancellations by student:
Use your account to book and reschedule group lessons.
Class Cancellation by Coach Policy
Weather or Natural Obstruction:
Private lessons – Can ask for refund of deposit or a reschedule
Group lessons – Can attend a make up class on another day or partial refund
Coach Emergency:
Private lessons – Can ask for a refund of deposit or a reschedule
Group lessons – Can attend a make up class on another day or partial refund
Coach Forgets:
Private lesson – Coach gives a free hour to student.
Group lessons – Receive partial refund AND attend a make up class

Our scheduling issue:
Private Lessons - Reschedule to a later time
Group Lessons - Use your account to reschedule lessons that you cannot make
Your Scheduling issue:
Email us directly. We're lenient if the issues happen very rarely. However, if you constantly have scheduling issues, please get your affairs in order and respect our time. This is a commitment.

3) Can I get a sample group class?
You can pay a drop in fee to attend a class to check it out
4) Can I get a sample private class?
No.
5) Can I make up a class on another day of a similar skill level?
Yes, if your booked package allows it.
6) How do I reschedule a booking or schedule a make up?
You can go to your account and access my bookings
