Booking Policy
Private Lessons:
Those booking individual lessons -
To book a lesson, please pay a deposit of the lesson cost to lock in your day and time
Those with packages and subscriptions -
Contact to schedule and lock in your day and time
Group Lessons:
Sign ups stay open throughout the session, but there is no proration. Please sign up and pay beforehand
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Private Lessons Cancellations by student:
Notified 72 hours or more in advance:
Full refund of deposit, or no penalty on subscription and packages
Notified between 24 and 72 hours in advance:
50% refund of deposit, or Half Hour penalty on subscription and packages
Notified less than 24 hrs in advance:
No refund of deposit, or Half Hour penalty on subscription and packages
No Show or last minute notification
No refund of deposit and must pay the rest of the lesson fee.
or Full Hour penalty on subscription and packages
I will not work with people that do not respect my time. However, I will make exceptions if we have established a relationship. I understand that life happens.
Packages and Subscriptions:
No refunds for packages and subscriptions ordered.
Group Lessons Cancellations by student:
Notified 2 weeks or more before the session starts:
Full refund of class fee
Notified between 72 hours or 2 weeks before the session starts:
75% refund of class fee
Notification less than 72 hours before the session starts:
No refund. However, I will make exceptions if we have established a relationship. I understand that life happens
Subscription Cancellation:
Cancellation Fee for Subscriptions is calculated using these variables.
A: Cost of Adult lesson
B: Cost of Discounted lesson by Subscription
C: Total Hours currently passed with Subscription
Cancellation fee = (A-B)*C
Class Cancellation by Coach Policy
Weather or Natural Obstruction:
Private lessons – Can ask for refund of deposit or a reschedule
Group lessons – Can attend a make up class on another day or partial refund
Coach Emergency:
Private lessons – Can ask for a refund of deposit or a reschedule
Group lessons – Can attend a make up class on another day or partial refund
Coach Forgets:
Private lesson – Coach gives a free hour to student.
Group lessons – Receive partial refund AND attend a make up class
*If you cannot make a class during a session, you may ask to attend a make up class but I will not refund for that day. Cancellations by Coach take priority of Make up Credits. Make Up Credits can only be used if you are currently registered for a session.

1) What do I need to bring?
Please have your own racket, hydration, athletic attire, sunscreen
2) What does the coach provide?
Balls, Teaching Equipment, Information!
3) Can I get a sample group class?
You can pay a drop in fee to attend a class to check it out
4) Can I get a sample private class?
No.
5) Can I make up a class on another day of a similar skill level?
Yes, if you are unable to make, for example, Monday at 5pm for the level 1/2 class, you can attend the Wednesday class for the level 1/2 class. However, this only applies for the current session. If you missed week 4's Monday class, you cannot attend a make up within a following session unless you are currently enrolled in a class for that session.
