Paid Hitting Positions:
UTR 7-9 or NTRP 5.0-5.5: $30/hr
UTR 9-11 or NTRP 6.0-6.5: $40/hr
UTR 12+ or NTPR 7.0+: $50/hr
If you're a strong player looking to get paid to play, this can be for you! This position is non-committal and irregular, meaning you don't have to show up at a set time every week for a shift. If you'd like to come to one of our level 6 or 6+ classes as a hitter, you let us know. If there isn't a hitter already booked for that day, the slot is yours!
Coaching Positions:
If you're looking to start a career as a coach for ANT Academy, we are hiring! All coaches start off as a Shadowing Coach regardless of skill or coaching experience. At ANT Academy, we run a very particular program and our coaches need to be able to implement our regimen whole-heartedly and skillfully. Therefore, we provide paid on-court training for our Shadowing coaches with plenty of training material such as Quick Guides, Detailed Guides, and Video Guides. As you complete the training material of one coaching stage, you will receive a pay raise and immediately begin training at the next tier.
Shadowing Coach: $25/Hr (All coaches start off here regardless of coaching experience)
